If you own a split King or Cal king you just need one set.  The box contains 2 brackets. These are made by Malouf® specifically for the Structures adjustable base.

The Malouf Structures Headboard Brackets (Style: RP-NS01MODHBBX) are designed to provide a secure and stable connection between your headboard and a wide range of Structures adjustable bases.

Compatible Structures Models:

• E300 and E255

• E455 and M455

• M555 and S655

This kit includes two brackets, perfect for standard setups. For Split King or California King owners, only one set is required to complete your assembly.
